Capture pictures from DV Series Camera device

To capture an eye picture or any other picture by using DV camera device or open a specific folder which is defined as default folder.

Alter Picture operations

To alter Brightness, Contrast, Saturation and Hue, Sharpen, Gamma, Gray scale and Negative of the picture.

Paint Operations to the picture

Paint is the operation to make a mark over the eye picture. Paint can be any one of the types fill, pointer, comment, pointer & comment, select description and Add/Edit/Remove description. Paint operations will be initiated by keeping the paint toolbar pressed and selecting corresponding paint option from the pop-up window. Paint can be done over the eye picture using a simple mouse click.

Full Reading (Reading process for All Organs)

Full reading is the one of the way of reading operation in the application. In full reading, we can select list of organs that need not be included in the reading operation by considering that those organs does not having any problem. We can select any color to be skipped on reading operation if we have painted the light reflected area of the eye picture by the color using fill operation.

Ignore Light Reflections

Eye picture may have light reflections on it as it is being captured from camera device. On reading, including those points may not result correctly. So we can ignore the light reflected area in the eye picture by setting ignore light color option from paint menu under tools menu. If you make this menu item checked, light reflections on the eye picture will not be included on the reading operation.

Specific Reading (Reading process for specific or selected Organ

Specific reading is the one of the way of reading operation in the application. In specific reading, we can select list of organs to be read by considering that the organs which are not selected does not having any problem. In this option, only selected organs will be read on reading operation.

Segment Pictures

To highlight some specified part of the eye picture or any other picture.

Undo and Redo operations 

Undo is the operation to revert the last operation made.
Redo is the operation to revert the last undo operation made.

Single Frame, Double Frame and Quadra Frame

Single Frame: The single frame view displays the eye picture on the entire screen without any control box and status bar.
Double Frame: The double frame view takes two pictures that are loaded and combine them together into one picture.

Quadra Frame: The quadra frame view takes four pictures that are loaded and combine them together into one picture.

Picture Zoom Operations

Zoom operations are used to view the eye picture in zoom in or zoom out technique. Zoom in operation will enlarge eye picture. We can zoom in up to 400 percentage more than actual size. Zoom out operation will compress eye picture at the specified amount.

Show Pictures (List of Read Pictures, Segment Pictures and Additional Information Pictures)

Show pictures will open list of eye pictures opened for that particular client. Show pictures include left eye information, right eye information and additional information. We can double click over the eye picture to open or right click and select delete option to delete the eye picture from the list.

Database Operations (Backup, Restore and Reset

Database Backup (Full Database Backup or Specific Client Backup), Database Restore (Full Database Restore or Specific Client Restore) and Database Reset (Full Database Reset)

Lecture Specific Sector

The Lecture contains the results of the reading in tree format. The body systems as well as the body parts within each body system are given percentage values. These values are either positive or negative. For a body system a positive value means that the body system is brighter than the average color of the norm of the iris and if the value is negative, it means that it is darker. specific sector is the window which contains current eye picture with region highlighted. The organ which is lying at the current clicked position will be highlighted at the lecture specific sector window.

Anatomical information, which describes the location, orientation, and movement of body parts and structures.
