A Report is a comprehensive document that summarizes a patient's medical history, current health condition, diagnoses and any treatment plan. It often includes details from physical examinations, laboratory tests, imaging results and prescribed medications. Medical reports are essential for tracking patient progress, ensuring continuity of health care and facilitating communication between the concern healthcare providers.

General Reports may include:

The Reports may be printed in print media by using printers or in electronic media with the file extensions like .bmp or .jpg of .pdf etc., based on its available in program versions. And also these digital reports might be send  to others using whatsapp etc.,

1. Patient Information, Interview & History: The doctor or practitioner or nurse will ask about your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and any medications you're under taking. If these observations are good enough to give suggestions or supplements, the doctor will prescribe the required information in a report.

Try to be honest and thorough about your answers, this helps them make an accurate diagnosis.

2. Vital Information and Physical Examination: Depending on your concern, the doctor may check your vitals like,  Blood Pressure, Pulse Rate, Temperature, Weight - Height - BMI, Bio Energetic Cycles and Alkalinity - Acidity which will be examine specific areas or perform tests.

If these examinations are good enough to give suggestions or supplements, the doctor will prescribe the required information in a report.

3. Diagnosis and Discussions: The Doctor or Practitioner will explain what they think is going on. If required the doctor will make an arrangement of capturing both Right and Left eye pictures for further diagnosis process and may discuss in eloborate based on diagnosis results and produces report. 

The customer will get a chance to ask questions or any clarifications needed to Understand for further proceedings.

4. Therapies, Procedures & Lifestyle changes: The doctors may prescribe the required therapies or procedures to be followed and may suggest the lifestyle changes based on their diagnosis and test results.

If they provided any therapies or any life sytle changes, they’ll explain how and when to do it to be shown in a report format.

5. Suggestions and Supplements & Others: This could include Suggestions, Lifestyle changes, or further tests.

If they provided any Suggestions or Supplements & Others, they’ll explain how and when to take it. These Suggestions and Supplements & Others report will give deatailed information about the dosage and its usage.

6. Invoice / Receipt: Invoice / Receipt for the treatment or any Suggestions or Supplemnets & Others will be prepared. The reports will be prepared based on either it is an idependent report or a report bundle.
